To what extent the 'importance' of these matters, if adverse, extends in the jurisdiction they operate now, is anyone's guess. You've been overly negative about the potential findings, not to speak of your general sentiment IMO.

The MO shut the door on them (without merit) and despite that, no EU or UK regulator has treated them with the same contempt. Neither have any other commercial partners. Why if there is striking evidence of a lack of director and/or operational governance? (i) because there's not, (ii) the evidence is low level, (iii) combination of both, (iv) none..

The magnitude of the impact is overstated given the relatively moderate issues at hand. If there is an adverse finding, the penalties will hardly require the company to close, they, like many business's before will simply repent, re-calibrate and reorganize their focus, aligned to their new Reg masters, which they have cleverly spent the last few years cultivating.

There's more latitude and acceptance of imprudence in the western world today, should it come to that. Less binary heaven and hell absolutism thinking and more new testament.
