The spike on that day was led by a few people from social media taking advantage of circumstances.
Although the news was good that day, it was not supportive of the massive spike and turnover that occurred. Sadly a lot of "less informed" buyers on that day would have ended holding a parcel that they couldn't wait long enough for to get back to what they paid. You will find that many of the parcels sold since that day (24th November) will be those people selling out at a loss.
What you are seeing today is sustainable.
Its people with a long term positive view of Spectur's prosects buying from those that are either less positive or less patient.
