    EOS has the equity funding its in the form of IP/technical experience.
    Same as recently announced missile contract,eos contribution is IP/ technical experience but funded by the govt .
    Similar bisalloys chinese jv,bisalloy basically contributed IP equity and technical experience,shandong steel mills paid for the german designed Q&T plant $100m plus .Result a 50/50 jv.Shows how imperative IP can be to specific projects ie viable or not.
