It is. But unfortunately the ASX actually determines what the announcement gets flagged as. The company can suggest, but ASX has final say.

They probably said not price sensitive as SPA can't indicate the size of impact and there are no guarantee of revenues or minimum orders. And if SPA had have indicated a large impact, the ASX would have pulled them up on it and asked them to prove it.

Classic example of ASX wielding their power, and there is basically nothing the company can do about it.

Clearly this is absolutely huge. You have the three largest retailers in the US launching the product. I would probably put this as the largest impact agreement/announcement the company has ever done.
