Unfortunately it's a pretty common cap raising exercise as you pointed out.

Just gotta keep asking for those pay rises, and accumulating assets eh...

I think, (and I say this to demonstrate the potential POV of the company), the energy/money required to do a raising which us small holders would consider fair is actually quite expensive and time inefficient, as much more than just a few phone calls to brokers needs to happen to keep it all kosher.

I do look forward to the day I too can join the sophisticated gravy train!
