The company should be investigated further for the pump before the capital raise, but we all know ASIC and the ASX are useless.
Mt Marion was sold for cents on the dollar because Chris thought he was smarter than the rest of the market, and whilst recycling is a good strategy in theory, it has been a disaster in reality.
The only comfort I take is Chris has decimated the wealth of his family and their associates, and I truly hope they let him know how much of a failure he is and how much he cost them every time they see him - because he won't front up to shareholders to hear the hard truths.
