So if your maths is right, the 50% partial payment would have been 10mil (or close to that).
ESR would have surely alerted the market as it is material. But they didn't announce that, they announced they received 50% and not the $$. I love the enthusiasm but the maths can't be right simply by the fact they only reported the sample met specifications and they were paid 50% up front.
