It is not known whether Spark considered other service providers before finalizing the partnership with HPE. The decision to expand the partnership likely reflects HPE's existing relationship with Spark. Interestingly, Independent Non Executive Director Warwick Bray worked as a network systems engineer at Hewlett Packard prior to joining the board in 2019.
