so less annoying unintelligible Indian call centre staff and more annoying automated answering services that waste 5 mins of going in circles until eventually (hopefully) putting you through to the unintelligible Indian call centre staff. Not to mention outsourcing most of the technical stuff to a company that I thought hadn’t existed since we stopped texting each other by pressing each button 3 times for a single letter! Not sure how the sheilas that run this joint think this ties in with their all important (share price destroying) DEI strategy. Perhaps could invite a tribe of indigenous folk to come into the office each morning to kick off the day with Hakka; that should really put a rocket under earnings.
