Agree with you and Rokc re: NOR needs revenue based announcements to move the SP.
A partnership announcement will provide buzz. But how does a partnership with say an Oracle work exactly? Can anyone see Oracle selling product on behalf of NOR to their customer base? I do not. Oracle does not operate that way. The oracle Partnership site gives insights into the support they offer their partners. NOR is no longer an Oracle partner. So this effectively kills off any partnership chat. But hey, hope dies last.
Would Oracle be willing to risk offering a product based on a sample size of 1 telco? Again, I doubt it. If anyone thinks differently, then give an example. I have posed this question many times and no one has come up with an example. You'd think the perma-bulls would be motivated to prove me wrong. And yet...
