It would be good to do a JV with NXT on this, SPK needs to partner and cut it dividend further this slow drop in dividend is pointless, the MKT knows its going lower so just cut and get back to growth and paying off debt not adding more to pay an unsustainable dividend.
The share price is trying to go higher, hope we either get a full private equity bid or sale of some assets to boost things froim here
