A pathway ahead with many opportunities.

The cash chest of over $4,000,000 remains in place. Revenue opportunities are occurring via Asia with the acquisition of Spectrum and outright purchasing/development of Riyo.

JCurve has repositioned itself as a company with a central hub in Singapore. It is creating a broader scope to launch its products and services. RIYO, in particular, has already secured significant contracts in the healthcare market. The product is to be marketed in other countries.

JCurve has not debt, cash, current revenue of some #10,000,000 and a tightly held share register. They are on the acquisition trail. Plus, have a new board chairman and made various executive position adjustments.

Its profile within the investment world is changing.

The company has become proactive in communicating its message to investors.

A potential investor can now see a growth package in place with substantial upside — no share price dilution due to the company's strong financials and a new management team focusing on shareholder value and company growth.

The company is now well structured, balanced, the right people in place and financially strong.

These are vital pointers as to why I think this company is now an excellent investment moving forward.
