definitely not stacking up well, the half yearly had bad timing. certainly not the only stock getting battered thats for sure. but norwood doesnt have 2mill in the bank and cash to ride this out.

raises will be needed again during this time of panic, further diluting shareholders. 2 more weeks for an expected deal. if nothing comes to fruition thats 3 quarters, surely they must use this as bait to raise capital....how much longer can they keep using "we are in deep discussion"?

spark is definitely a positive, but i still feel the numbers wont stack up there, if they do then it should be a boost in confidence that norwood can sign, deliver and match/exceed expectation.

I just dont see it happening. all in my opinion.
