Cash is king, imo. And to bring it back to NOR, they do not seem to be generating much at all. APSEC are in a bind. Throw more money at NOR to keep it afloat or risk their whole investment in NOR blowing up. Amongst a balanced portfolio, this may not have a huge effect. But when there is a sea of red, the whole portfolio must be toilet.
Side note: It seems a poster railed against Pinnacle for selling down 5m NOR from 0.07 to 0.026 and complained to NOR that they should not participate in the next CR. Interestingly enough, the last CR 5m shares went to APSEC. See link. So was Pinnacle off-loading on a pump to 0.07 whilst the choir was singing "accumulation"?
