I don't know if this helps, 88, but if I held I would place a sell order at 2.9. It means that if the "big boys" want to cross again at 3 you get to participate. You might also be the beneficiary of anyone wanting to triple their holding.
I take no joy in the losses people have sustained. They have been genuine believers, but the unfulfilled promises of the company over years, coupled with the overall market, mean that they, like all of us, need to face reality.
Norwood is still capitalized at, very roughly, $6 million. Mu understanding is that the losses of about $30 million are of little use. I may be wrong on that.
