on the SBM site as per Spec’s post earlier, it says he was appointed as NE director last September..
And his previous positions included:

• Chief Operating Officer at Griffin Mining Ltd, Focus Minerals Ltd, Golden West Resources Ltd
• and Executive General Manager Mining at Macmahon Contractors Pty Ltd,
• Chief Executive Officer at Queensland Industrial Minerals Ltd,
• General Manager at Consolidated Rutile Ltd, Pasminco, Broken Hill / Elura Mines, CSA Cobar and Yilgarn Star.

Simon seems to have a bit of a history for appointing old work mates to his team, nay?
But have he and Mark ever worked together?
If not, then whatever else this apoointment means, it may show a healthy diversiication?
