Just over a year ago we were asked to approve the controversial board-recommended unfair Delphi royalty along with showering the NEDs with millions of performance rights. According to the NoM they "must remain engaged in their existing role with the Company on the date that a vesting condition is met and have not submitted a notice of resignation prior to this date". So why have all the NEDs walked. I don't get it!
