I have no objection to the board refresh but just don't understand why all the NEDs have walked and forfeited their performance rights. Hopefully we now have a board of genuine NEDs rather than reps of major shareholders - perhaps one of them should be the "interim" Chair and leave the boss man to focus on the more important things. Gold company execs for some strange reason all want to be Executive Chairs. #ego
