Spartan was a newly minted ASX300 company in mid-september. When you enter this index, proxy advisors come into play and they directed institutions to vote against some of the resolutions. (that's gospel, I was at the AGM and asked that exact question to the independent directors).
Now with yesterday's announcement of the appointment of Anna Neuling and particularly taking over as the chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and it now being totally independent, this should cover off their concern the proxy advisor has.
So "could" it be a bloodbath? Well, anything is possible, but I didn't see Ramelius vote against them.
