Great ann. by the company. Focus on giving back to shareholders well accepted. Short term possible debt concerns probably averted. No brainer at this stage but will instos/funds stick it out? Sweetner of forecast increased profit to dividend ratio would suggest re-rate in progress. Everyone yield hungry atm and WPL putting itself in the picture. Certainly right in the spotlight today!
