From my understanding, a lot of the early Pluto off take contracts had lower pricing, and as they have rolled over to the std pricing model, all the extra revenue goes straight to the bottom line. Again, I think that some of the NWS contracts were in the same boat and as they have rolled over, it is "money for jam". Be careful of the gas/oil ratio comparison and what time period you use as vincent oil came back on line in late cal 2013 (but I am sure that you have taken this into account).
I agree that there is not much value left in the market, but am happy to hold for the time being.
