My sharebroker says the money is still in CSA but I just see that the status says paid. The reason why no money is because CSA put a one[1]at the end of my bank account number. so they ended it as 001 but it is 00. Spoke to them on phone but it was useless as when companies do not want to talk to you but pretent otherwise they use personal who do not have English as their first language . Could only make out one word in ten at best. Wife spoke to another and they may look into it next week.
In the meantime where is the money??

1.make sure you are logged on to Computershare Au.
2.If you have other holdings with them check your banking details etc. Are correct.
3.Good luck with the missing money you will just have to continue to try to find someone on the phone to fix the problem .PERSISTENCY
