Your number one condition is part of thr problem.I can not fully log onto Computershare for an ongoing problem. Each time I try I am asked for my Verfication Code. I am now trying for about my 6 or 7 times at getting this code. CSA requires that it be sent by mail. So as I live in Nz and way out in the country it is weeks out of date by the time it arrives. Funny I am speaking about that now as today I just got the latest one. Naturally it was out of date. I am partly on and can get some things. Some of it is disturbing--like the Status of my CUE dividend is Paid. Well I can tell you it is not paid. I am beginning to wonder if it is paid to someone at computershare or associates. But it is not paid to me. I have asked CUE to find out why it is at a paid Status.
Your step two . They paid my NZO dividend on Wednesday to the bank account number I wanted the CUE paid into,also for three years now paid HZN dividend into this account number. So they certainly have it

Step 3 requires Persistency which I have plenty of. But I have to give CSA and the CUE board time to sort this out. Note I only informed CUE today that I have not got my dividend.
