Got my dividend today,10 days after payment day. Would like to thank the CEO of CUE Matthew Boyall,for his effort in straighten out the mess. Computershare ended my bank account number with 001 instead of 00.. So it all took 10 days to sort out. So much for the great computer world.. In the old days a human would have just looked at the 001 and know that 00 was meant and fix it up in second. Here it took 10 days and the intervention of Matthew Boyall. Thanks again mat for your help.
Just thought I should bring this up as you never know when such a mess come knocking at your door leaving one with HOW to RESPOND
