Worth noting that the declared special dividend of 3 cents per share is unfranked.

Therefore, if you have not yet quoted your TFN to the share registry, you will end up having withholding tax deducted, and will receive only the net amount, with the appropriate withholding tax portion going to the taxman.

In the case of DRP, only the net amount, after deducting withholding tax, will be invested into SAU shares, if you have not quoted your TFN. The taxman wants his withholding tax portion upfront.
