IMO I expect life the other side of this transaction for wee small shareholders will get murky , but nothing which can'y be sorted out.

    A couple of things:
    1. The transfer agent, who is effectively the new Computershare in Oz, is Equiniti Trust Company, LLC. (pp 138 Scheme Booklet)

    2. At some stage we'll all receive a letter describing our new found wealth. I expect with this information I as a non-US holder will need to at least create an account with Equiniti Trust Company, LLC.. See this. At least I'll be able to see my name and my holdings. Presumably it is here that I'll advise of tax numbers and payment details if ever there is any cash distributions ex Energy Fuels (Just like Computershare in Oz). I think it fair to say that Equiniti will behave just like Computershare (oz) and simply maintain your registered entitlement and orchestarte communications between EF and your good self.

    3. If you want to sell the EF shares then you'll need to work with them (the transfer agent) to effectively grant a broker authority to access your DRS. Per Comsec people who can do this include Westpac, Nabtrade etc. I expect then you will need to create an account with them ... sadly My sense is that the 'medallion signature' requirements. Given that Nab, Ig Markets, Westpac et.al are 'qualified' in this spae, I'd expect Comsec too to fall into line ... after all, I doubt any pf them will do it for free so where there's fee opportunity, there will be Comsec.

The following booklet might help ... there's at least a small section at page 31.

    https://equiniti.com/media/15035/88934equs_shareholder-guide_v2.pdf

For me, I'm happy to wait for the dust to settle and receive the DRS statement before looking to do anything. With that I'll be sure to get communication and banking settings correct aside my name on that register. Then I'll start the journey of establishing international trading capability ...

    Have a great day
