I came in at 20c and sold at 25c.

I passed on the dividend which was $6700 odd. After costs I made just over $4800.

I will not have to pay any capital gains as a loss in the background. I invested the money between WES, HVN & COLs as all going X dividend any day. This way I hope to get close to the $6700 as should get the franking credits back in my tax as retired.

After the dividend the price will drop accordingly maybe more with the uncertainty with everything that's pending.

I did not want to take the risk of being taken over and my shares sitting on a foreign stock exchange and unfamiliar territory for myself at a price more than likely less than my 20c buy in price. So, I took the safer option with a profit and ongoing blue-chip dividends.

Time will tell if I did the right thing, it could be 30c come this Friday but it what is, and I made a decision walking away from the unknown.

Good luck to those still holding.
