Who said 14 and 10 cents? I was under the impression the there was alot of speculative opinions given and current returns are within the margins of those opinions offered?
I suspect you misread whatever your getting this information from where someone suggested between 14 and 10 cents return TOTAL, not each number per.
It makes sense that the first payment goes towards litigation costs, having minamilistic debt, and development of assets. The business is here for the long game and hopefully become producers again, not to be a quick payout and firesale of their shares after.
We got the 2nd payment, and I have yet to see any evidence that indicates we will not get a 3rd.
