Thanks, I read straight over the bit that said how many shares they were distributing. so PPK is still hanging onto the rest of their LIS shares? I thought the stated objective was to cede control and deconsolidate from an accounting perspective? Not sure how that works out if they still have most of their LIS shares on their books? Maybe this is just to quiet down the rumbles from us pleb holders for a bit…..
