The thing to note is that the DRP will be fully underwritten. I assume that shareholders might choose the cash dividend in many cases leaving a significant DRP shortfall which presumably would be taken up by the underwriter at a maximum price of $ 5.50 per share. There could be a significantly increase in number of shares on the market with dilution of existing shareholders who opt to take cash.
