Can you please give me an example of another stock that is doing as well as Dicker with or with out a good yield? The stocks you talk about seem volatile.
I am all in DDR... I keep seeing posts about DDR being too expensive or over valued and then the SP increases 5% and then another 5% and then another.. everyone waiting for the $5 bargain again. That is now history.
Bargain is now!!! Before new year get in while you can cheap.
