@Reshare I have been a holder for 7 years and currently my holding is free having sold half at double the price very early on. I would have been just as happy to see the profit go towards the cost of the new building but I would not question David Dickers judgement that the company can meet its obligations for the new building comfortably and therefore distribute the profit to shareholders. An unexpected and surprising handout from David and the board. Thank you DDR!!
