Small shares holders never win in a consolidation at all. 300:1 share at .08 c=$2.4....Give it 6 months and the SP will be below $1. This company is eye balls in debt with absolutely no end in sight even with the markets turning around now. I have been a holder in this company for over 6+ years now and CEO after CEO have spun some BS to investors on how they are going to turn this company around. People need to get real and understand that there investment has pretty much gone.
