to be honest i dont think a takeover atm is a good idea if ever because of how much the business can generate over time if a take over of 350 mill to 400 was given then it would be atleast sold at its true value, because sales are increasing each year i think online sales was 23 percent or so what i think will help generate more profit is the decrease in operating cost i didnt really consider this but they closed down all of thier city chic stores in the usa, and have used its online us site, amazon, nordstorm macys and its stores to basically sell which actually caused an increase in revenues this financial year and increased ebitda, the same approach is been done in aus now if u look at thier clothes most are online exclusives. plus the aim of replicating it in europe starting with wholesale sales with asos. plus i think the ceo re negotiated its rental arrangements with many tenants this year dont know which specific stores are affected though but yea if operating costs are drawn down like this and sales are growing atleast online sales then ebitda i think 25 to 30 mill atleast next year with low depreciation too as a result of closure of stores.
