He isn't a substantial holder therefore doesn't need to lodge a substantial holder notice.
It does appear to be continual selling pressure so we can only assume MR is still selling.
SP won't rise until the buy side is substantially higher than the sell side so until that time we can only sit tight. On the bright side the announcements coming through are encouraging.
In general most explorers have slipped back, it's not a reflection on HRZ's potential.
