Any case they have a ripping asset they continue to expand on - Malingunde who knows however Malawi Govt regulations are that a company is to spend a certain amount on expenditure per annum or forfeit the EL - no mention for some time - I even considered and posted a long time ago they were looking to offload that asset to assist finance the rutile mining capex.
