What is the point (unless you're just playing the market) in spending more money on a project that you may not be able turn into a mine due to the metallurgy? What do you mean by a full resource? They have an inferred resource. There's nothing to stop them doing metallurgy now.
Would you consider it price sensitive if a company has already tried to recalculate a resource and decided not to publish it because it doesn't meet their expectations?
