Agree with all of the above. KCN as a whole is not attractive due to the underperforming assets.
Biggest warning sign for my mind is not the new CEO and CFO being let go (or resigning?), but the Non Executive Director, Craig Carracher, the Director with the extensive legal background resigning - BEFORE the Annual Report was released (there would have been a Board meeting to approve of the final accounts and Annual Report before issue to the ASX).
