I don't really want to argue with you guys, but you obviously don't understand the geography of the area. Plymouth is separated from Cornwall by the river Tamar, to which there are four crossing points: - The Tamar Bridge (A large toll suspension bridge built in the 1950's), horse bridge and greystone bridge, which takes you through the towns of Tavistock and Gunnislake and are both unsuitable for HGVs, be I g built I the 1600's and finally Dunheved bridge, built in the 60's, which takes you to Exeter.
Talk of building new roads is ridiculous, if you want this mine built before 2030.
All of this to avoid building a process plant, where it is actually needed, it doesn't make any sense.
