In answer to your second question, that is the big unknown isn't it? A refractory gold deposit with no pathway to commercial production (i.e. a mill) is seemingly worth $0 at the moment, due to a number of factors probably along the lines of capital/construction costs of a new mill, or cost of transport to an existing refractory gold mill etc etc
I know there is a long storied history of this area but I am assuming that the old mill was dismantled and taken off to Wiluna at some point? Certainly refractory gold operations in the past have been a bit of a cluster in WA...
