Much more advanced Massawa sale. Same country. Sold 10/12/2019 - gold price then US$1,465/oz (that's not a typo). I'd say the ~35% increase in the gold price since then probably offsets Massawa's much more advanced status.

Barrick had a 90% interest, so 3.61moz resource goes to 3.25moz attributable. Teranga paid US$380m, so US$117/oz attributable.

Assuming the market is pricing CHZ as though all the placement shares are out there (~400m shares diluted) the current diluted market cap of A$92m, becomes US$65m. That reflects an in ground resource of 555koz.

I wouldn't have thought that was too much of a challenge given what they've hit so far...
