It appears theyre going to convert the options en mass in Jan for this quarter. As such, there is little point in trying to convert them until close to the end of the quarter. All that will happen is that they will hold your money (and possibly you are unable to trade out while you are waiting). You will get your ordinary shares in Jan whether uoj convert today or late Dec.
