Are we back on recovery?

Still early days, but it was good to have weathered the storm - even if it comes out later to be temporary.

It just shows that Li macro is so strong that it will run hard if sentiment changes. Today, it got a flicker of hope, and after initial scare where most stocks made their lowest of lows of recent time, many came of their bottom. some even finishing green. We were one of them.

We had Graphite, then we are coming up with Lithium, and now Zinc. All possibly JORC 2012 estimates in due course. And the market cap - around $37m. Ridiculous. Each of the resources could command multiples of that. But such is stock market. They say, water find its own level in due course. We will also.

Not sure though if we are out of the woods. I think the second half ASX recovery along with stocks was an expectation of recovery in US markets tonight. Will that happen, likely so. But can that be maintained for a complete reversal - jury is still out. Bears are in control and it will take a real effort to get over that. But its possible. Lets hope so. All the best.
