Of course it's your opinion, you hold VMC.
Along with every other VMC holder that thinks this is in the bag (their right to do so).
Sprott research report accurately asserts that there are several recent cases where there was no change in title. If that was the precedent, every would-be explorer would have a claim against any successful ground that's ever been discovered. The law is not set up in such a way to cater for those who missed opportunities.
