do you notice yak how rare replies to my argument are on this thread? My last post tried to shake the complacency here about the consequences for a loss in court. Bottom line is that SPX is engaged in an existential fight where damages for breach of contract could cripple the company imo.
That's why the company is being marked down day after day. I predicted at least a 10% fall this week but now think it will be more.
Another fall coming tomorrow imo
