Not sure the management of this company treats shareholder funds with the necessary level of respect, just my opinion. There's only so many times you can go back to the well at lower prices. Credibility has taken a bit of a hit since the last raising.
In my humble opinion the share price chart is as much a reflection of that as the company's prospects.
Just my opinion.
