2) Spectur NZ fully acquired on 17th March 2023. Q3 YTD FY23revenue ($NZ97k, +54% vs Q3 YTD FY22) not accounted for in Q3
3) even without the above $5.3m ARR, which is lower than the MC
4) Pipeline at historic high levels, but some delays have shifted contract awards and led to subdued March.
5) Spectur NZ unweighted pipeline $830k (31 March 2023)• April sales pipeline (not reported) includes combined Spectur /3CT opportunities and growth/ conversion in Spectur NZ.

All of the above points to Q4 going to be cracker in terms of revenues.

7) Gerard said it for the first time, proud and loud, SP3 is massively undervalued regardless of what metric one uses. I have attended most of his presentations and this has been by far the best one.
