Details you are after are in the two paragraphs at the top of page 2 in the Spectur announcement which heads this thread.
In short, EGM on 7 September to approve the issue of new shares and bonus options for placement and SPP. Then the company expects to issue the new shares and bonus options no later than 5 business days after the meeting ie. by 14 September.
