Yes I'm probably being a little harsh as this communication relates to a decent win for the company.....and you would imagine they have SLSNSW locked in for 5 years (well 6.5yrs from now given the initial batch of 20 will start going in from Dec23 and the 2nd batch of 20 will go in calender year 1H25).

On the 32 ERBs, I see the original communication from 12Feb21, but this contract states "Support and maintenance (including subscription and helpdesk) of existing units (32), for the balance of 60 months from the date of installation." and I do recall you saying that some of these were not installed, and even if they were, that original contract of support for 12 mths would have long expired.

If I guestimate that each unit costs ~$6500 and support/maintenance/subscription costs are ~$200 per month per unit, I get ~$1.2m.

Again using my guestimate and timing of the installation:
- FY24 sales of ~132k, Recurring ~62k
- FY25 sales of ~132k, Recurring ~148k
- FY26-9 sales of ~0k, Recurring ~173k

Look all positive on the sale, but my point is that they need to be signing a lot more of these sort of contracts to pay for 8.5m in annual costs (out of gross margin).....the headline number is spread over 6-6.5 yrs so instead having investor calls and investor feedback sessions, go and sell this else we go back to raising capital to pay for stock (because wages and admin costs are burning a hole in their cash balance every month)
