A couple of points that seem to have been missed with regards this contract ...

• A single big contract with one client like this will have substantially improved margins
• With multi year contracts securing forward revenues advertising and sales expenditure in time and dollars can be redirected to new clients.

Criticism of Gerard Dyson spending time on Investor Hub and opening it up for questions seems to me to be way off the mark, and contrary to what the critics had been suggesting.
Gerard has switched from Reach presentations that cost money up front and required a substantial time input for a possibly small audience to a quick outlining of the facts probably recorded in about half an hour in the office and available time independent to anyone.


Finally, an earlier poster has suggested a price for the NSW beach units. From information available over time, my opinion is that estimate is nowhere near the actual price - so calculations around it are likely to be of little value.
